Founded in Karachi
Vertex was founded by a team of telecom engineers who saw the gap in Pakistan's enterprise messaging infrastructure.
First 10 enterprise clients
Onboarded early adopters in fintech and e-commerce. Built the first version of the SMPP gateway.
Direct operator connects
Signed direct interconnects with Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone. Latency dropped by 60%.
WhatsApp Business API
Became a Meta Business Solutions Provider. Launched WhatsApp template messaging and session support.
ISO 27001 alignment
Achieved ISO 27001 compliance certification. Introduced RBAC, audit logs and DND compliance engine.
1 billion messages milestone
Crossed 1B messages routed. Expanded team to 60+ across three cities. Opened Lahore office.
